The Legend of the Fearless Dragon Running Team, published by the Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society, is a project funded under the Community Participation Funding Programme on Equal Opportunities.  Run by the Equal Opportunities Commission, the Funding Programme has continuously encouraged the public to put aside their prejudices, discriminatory attitudes and promote equal opportunities in everyday life with the aim of establishing an inclusive society.
